We're located on the second floor inside Studio Pilates Ashgrove. 230 Waterworks Road, Ashgrove. Parking is available at the Highpoint complex (entry at the blue P parking sign). At some peak times this can get busy, in which case it can help to try the Woolworths carpark nearby (across the road) Studio Pilates is located at street level, close to the bus stop. Upon arrival, enter through the glass doors at Studio Pilates. Head straight down the hallway and up the stairs, where you'll find our waiting area with two chairs and a plant. If the glass doors are locked, please send a text message to let Tamika know you have arrived. Please wait outside and she will come let you in. Please call 0466956448 if you have any issues. If Tamika does not answer straight away she is most likely in a session and will come down and get you ASAP.

Thursday (Telehealth) 7am-6pm
Friday (Face to Face) 7am-5pm
Every effort will be made to respond to emails with your enquires, however, it will not be possible to monitor email correspondence at all times. We will endeavour to return your enquiry as soon as possible. Please be aware this may take a few days especially on weekends or during holiday periods. In the event of a mental health crisis, you should do one of the following:
